The research article explores probable causes behind Arab uprisings which had huge repercussions on global population throughout 2011 and 2012. The paper states that the violent nature of Arab government authorities and their decision to suppress individual liberties were the primary causes for Arab Spring. In addition, corruption and poor economic conditions in Middle East countries further exaggerated Arab revolts (Abdelhay, N., 2012). The revolts were mainly due to people inclined towards changing political and social regime in the countries. The success of protests in Tunisia resulted in a wave of unrest in other Arab nations.
