“Research Methodology” refers to systematic planning for conducting research activities with the use of either quantitative or qualitative research methods or both. The research methods include survey research, experiments, participant observation, primary data and secondary data. Quantitative research methods are used for classification of characteristics and creation of statistical models for testing hypothesis and for providing detailed explanations after careful observations (Abrahamsen, M., 2016).
