Being a social worker employed by family services I come across many situations and circumstances in which family is concerned about some behavioral issue they face due to any of their family member. I have been handling cases concerning with family issues and assisting the family with the best solutions available The main the interview being a social worker was to help Haley from getting out of the problem which she is facing. I being a social worker have tried to reach the root of the problem. It is important to understand a person who starts showing anti-social behavior and it is equally important to take care that while trying to help someone we take care of their sentiments and values. It was important for me in this case to understand the point of view of Haley and to help her in getting out of the problem. While investigating into this case it was important to take care of all the past experience of Haley and probing was the best solution to get the best information in this case.
